Hilda Baci also known as Hilda Effiong Bassey of Nigeria is an actress, sociologist, restauranteur and current cook-a-ton record holder.

Hilda took part in the Jollof Face Off Competition in 2021, which she won. So she is no stranger to standing on her feet for hours. She was the host of the television show, Dine on a Budget.

She has a strict fitness regimen which came in very handy during her over hundred hours cooking to break the longest cooking time record.

Hilda is multi talented. Her interpretation of roles she has played in movies such as -Dream Chaser and A Walk on Water are proof.

She is passionate about cooking, a trait inherited from her mother who is a chef.
